Valgusevabrik.ee terms  apply equally to all customers.

NB! As Valgusevabrik.ee is an Internet-based purchasing and sales environment, all buyers and sellers must be at least 18. years old.  (Individuals that are under 18 years old or legally incapacitated must have the consent of a legal guardian). We have made ordering as simple as possible for you.

• In addition to these terms and conditions apply the legal requirements for E-store marketing that are part of the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
• We reserve the right to change the e-shop conditions and the prices of products and services.  All transactions shall be made according to the current prices and conditions at the time of ordering.
• Product range, price and discounts may vary between retail outlets.
• Product prices are displayed on the product page
• Delivery charges shall be added to the price of the product and will depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.  The delivery charge shall be calculated at checkout
• Select your chosen product and add it to your cart.
• It is possible to add, change or delete products from your cart.
• When ready to order click on the ‘order’ button and select your chosen form of transport
• After entering the required data you will be directed to choose your payment method.
• The order shall be shown as successful once payment has been made.
• Confirmation of your payment shall be sent via email

• All purchases made online must be made in full.
• Orders can be paid for using links to Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
• Payment provider is Maksekeskus AS.
• Your payments are made securely outside of the web shop – if you are using banking links then it will be with the security system of your own bank.
• Following successful payment we will send you a confirmation of your order.
• Orders placed in the e-shop will be delivered within 3-5 days.  Custom orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• Delivery service is provided by Itella Estonia OÜ and AS Eesti Post (Omniva)

Client confidentiality and other terms

The seller does not have the right to distribute customer information
The seller shall not disclose customer information to third parties.  The customer has the right to remove their information from the seller’s database

Gift Line OÜ  will seek to resolve all disputes peacefully by discussing issues with their customers.  If the parties can not find a suitable solution, both parties have the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or Tartu County Court.
