{"id":1702,"date":"2016-11-17T16:38:19","date_gmt":"2016-11-17T16:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.valgusevabrik.ee\/pretensioonid-tagastused\/"},"modified":"2025-08-19T14:22:14","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T11:22:14","slug":"pretensioonid-tagastused","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.valgusevabrik.ee\/en\/pretensioonid-tagastused\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaints and returns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complaints:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gift Line Ltd. is responsible for any product damage or deficiencies at the time of delivery.\u00a0 In the case of product non-conformity or defect, the customer is entitled to request a replacement or to cancel the order and return the defective product at Gift Line Ltd\u2019s expense.<br \/>\nComplaints must be sent in writing or by e-mail to info@valgusevabrik.ee immediately, but no later than seven days from the date of the discovery of the defect.<br \/>\nComplaints should be made in the following format:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and contact details<\/li>\n<li>Date of complaint<\/li>\n<li>Problem with the product<\/li>\n<li>The action required by Gift Line Ltd<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gift Line Ltd is responsible according to the consumer protection act to respond in writing within 15 days.<br \/>\nGift Line Ltd. will return the money to your bank account (the money will be returned to the same bank account from which it was paid).\u00a0 The refund will cover both the cost of the product and the transport costs (both the original and return costs) 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.<br \/>\nNB! Gift Line Ltd. is not responsible for any product defects that are the result of the customer, ie. due to improper use of<br \/>\nthe product. In cases where examination reveals that the defect resulted from the above-mentioned reasons, the customer will not be refunded the cost of the product and transportation costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchanges and Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Products purchased from Gift Line O\u00dc can be returned or exchanged within 14 days\u00a0 from the time of receiving a delivery notification from Itella SmartPOST.<br \/>\nGoods to be exchanged or returned can be brought to our premises at Kauba 3a, V\u00f5hma, Viljandimaa or sent by post. The cost of postage for returning items and sending replacements will be paid by the client. Product refunds with delivery charge will be paid into the clients bank account no later than 14 days from the time of informing us of the cancellation.<br \/>\nReturned goods must be accompanied with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First name and surname<\/li>\n<li>Telephone number, e-mail address<\/li>\n<li>The invoice number<\/li>\n<li>The reason for wanting to return the items \/ or the items that you wish them to be replaced with (which are of the same value)<\/li>\n<li>Date and signature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We request that you inform us of returns by email at:\u00a0 info@valgusevabrik.ee.<\/p>\n<p>The destination for sending via Itella SmartPost is:\u00a0 Viljandi Uku Keskus\u00a0 (Gift Line O\u00dc, tel:\u00a0+372 5340 3732).<\/p>\n<p>Returns via Omniva postal service should be done made using Viljandi Bus Station automatic package station.\u00a0 (Gift Line O\u00dc, tel:\u00a0+372 5340 3732).<\/p>\n<p>We recommend using Itella SmartPost, especially during the summer period as the package stations are indoors and are not affected by warmer weather that could damage the candles.\u00a0 We will send an email confirming the receipt of returned goods.\u00a0 Replacement items will be sent in a couple of days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Remember!<br \/>\n<\/strong>Returnable goods do not include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>signed or personalized product<\/li>\n<li>products that have been used (burned)<\/li>\n<li>products that no longer have labels<\/li>\n<li>products that are mechanically damaged<\/li>\n<li>products that show wear and tear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div><strong>The above information only applies to those individuals who have made a purchase from our internet shop.<\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Complaints: Gift Line Ltd. is responsible for any product damage or deficiencies at the time of delivery.\u00a0 In the case of product non-conformity or defect, the customer is entitled to request a replacement or to cancel the order and return the defective product at Gift Line Ltd\u2019s expense.
